As a Carlsbad Personal Fitness Trainer, I know how crucial it is to eat right to get incredible results with your body. Whether you wish to burn fat, build muscle, or develop your athletic performance, you must eat right.

Eating is 80% of the campaign with most people. This is the area where most people just screw it up, including my Carlsbad Personal Training clients. But, after I persuade them, they soon distinguish the benefits of eating right.

1. Eggs – Eggs are a awesome source of pure protein, with a high biological value. Egg whites are pure protein, without the fat.

2. Salmon – Salmon is awesome fish, not only for its large protein content, but also for its unsaturated fat. This is an great source for fish oil and bulk-building protein.

3. Whole-Wheat Bread – Your body needs a good amount of healthy complex carbohydrates in order for it to repair itself and have energy. Whole-wheat bread will do just that for you.

4. Almonds – Almonds are a incredible source of unsaturated fats that your body needs.

5. Lean Ground Beef – Red meat is outstanding source of creatine and top quality protein, guaranteed to put massive amounts of muscle on your physique. Remember, if you eat like a bull, you will look a bull.

I make all my Carlsbad Personal Training clients eat meat if they want to gain serious muscle and strength. Meat will do that for you.

6. Cottage Cheese – Cottage cheese is a amazing source of calcium and protein. The calcium is amazing for fat-losing.

7. Spinach – Spinach is a amazing energizing food. Remember Popeye the sailorman? Spinach is a rich source of iron, calcium, and vitamins A, C, E, and K. Spinach also contains powerful antioxidants. Don’t forget to eat your spinach.

You are what you eat. You need to eat a balanced amount of the right foods to provide you with the energy, strenght, and health to get into great shape, thus losing fat, toning muscle and look amazing.
