First of all, did you know that studies have been conducted to understand how to lose weight while you sleep. These studies have shown that there exists a direct correlation between sleep deprivation and weight gain, and adequate sleep and weight loss? Indeed, lack of sleep can wreak havoc on your body’s metabolism, and can work wonders for your body’s metabolism if you get enough of it.

So is there a trick to how to lose weight while you sleep? The oversimplified answer, at the risk of stating the obvious, is to just simply, “sleep”.

In other words, the trick to how to lose weight while you sleep is to make sure that you get enough of it! If you aren’t able to get enough sleep in one shot at night, be sure to supplement it with taking naps throughout the day, as appropriate.

Beyond that, here are a few more pointers and tips on how to lose weight while you sleep:

1.         Don’t eat within the last 2 to 3 hours before you to sleep at night.

2.         Drink plenty of water before going to bed.

3.         Get some high impact exercise before you to bed at night, as this raises your body’s metabolism, the effects of which can be carried over into your sleep. If going to the gym at night isn’t possible, then having sexual intercourse with a partner is also a great way to burn calories, increase your heart rate, and accelerate your metabolism right before bed as well.

4.         If you aren’t able to get a full night of sleep, supplement it with naps throughout the day.
