In this therapy medicated steam baths are used for the elimination of impurities from body. It helps in reducing fat and also recommended for certain rheumatic diseases particularly for pain. In this process herb and herbals leaves are boiled and the steam is passed over the whole body for 10 to 20 minutes daily. Body massage with medicated oil, herbal paste and herbal powder is also practices. This improves blood circulations, removes Ayurveda rheumatoid arthritis treatment includes Massage, Lepanam, Steam Bath, and Kizhi. There are various other rejuvenation and treatment therapies in ayurveda which are practiced for well being or mind, body and soul.
